Obtaining female abs requires a vast amount of abdominal exercise and knowledge. In order to have effective workouts that help you lose belly fat you will need to be able to do a high intensity combination workout. This is where you will be doing multiple ab exercises without any break.

When you do not give your body a chance to rest, it pushes your body to the max forcing it to understand that after the workout it needs to rebuild the muscle stronger so you will be able to handle the workout the next time you do it.

This is called high intensity. Every time your body recovers, you continue to push yourself a little farther by doing more reps and sets without any rest. Every time you beat the strength of your body, meaning you have reached exhaustion, means that you had an effective workout and your muscles will grow and tone.

In turn, as your abdominal muscles continue to grow from your abdominal exercise your female abs will begin to show. Female abs are not usually as big as male six pack abs because of body physiology. When it comes to building muscle though, the longer you keep at it, you can reach any goal you will set for yourself.

Abdominal Exercise Sequence

In order to have an effective workout you will need to have anywhere from four to ten different exercises in your mind. This will allow you to quickly move from one exercise to the next, keeping the intensity high.

To keep the intensity high you will do a technique called supersets. This is where you will instantly move back and forth between two different exercises.

For example if you want to do crunches and sit-ups, you will start with one set of crunches and then without break do a set of sit ups. You will not take a break when you go from sit ups to crunches too. This continuous workout will provide the most intensity and show the best results.

Make sure you are well hydrated before you start these types of workouts. Since there are no breaks you will not have time to take a sip of water. Make sure you have had a few glasses of water about an hour before your workout. This gives you time to digest preventing cramps during the workout.
