In the lazy society of today, a fat belly is very common on both men and women. This is thanks to technology and the lack of motivation. With the increasing advancements on the internet, the great games that are on consoles, and television shows, many find themselves sitting for very long periods of time everyday outside of work.

These extra hours of inactivity after your work day is the main cause of a fat belly.

This goal is actually harder to obtain than simple six pack abs, but the end results will let you keep your newly defined mid-section for a longer time after you stop working out (if you choose to do so).
