A Fitness Plan Is Your Key To Success

Almost every venture you will take in life requires planning. A fitness plan is just like a business plan, vacation plan, or any other plan you can think of. The difference though is that this plan is strictly for you. Do not try to copy someone else’s plan because when it comes to fitness, every plan needs to be tailored to each person.

Your plan should consist of three sections: aerobics, exercise, and nutrition. You might be surprised to find out that nutrition is going to be the most important out of all of them. So if you enjoy eating ice cream, pizzas, and hamburgers you might want to take a moment to think about how healthy all of that food really is.

Nutrition

Fitness Plan To Lose Weight Fast

Eating right is the most important part to your individual success. Just think about it logically for a second, those three foods I just mentioned all contain high amounts of fat.

So if you were to change those three foods into something healthy, like a chicken breast with vegetables, that alone would start to alter your body to look better than it ever has before.

Experiment with some foods that you actually like and make sure that they are healthy. Once you got your health foods go ahead and create a fitness plan on how you’re going to eat healthy and avoid those fattening treats that you will soon realize you no longer need!

Exercise

The exercise part of your fitness plan focuses more on what you are going to do about getting into shape.

This means are you going to do high amounts of reps with low weight or are you going to pick up those 45 pound plates and really send your abdominals a message. Depending on your goals, both ways will work.

If you’re looking for more of a tone and flat stomach look, then you would want to do high amounts of reps with just your body weight as resistance. This will give you more of a streamline look. If you want explosive six pack abs, then you will want to use weights with your workouts to increase the difficulty of the exercises and promote larger muscle growth.

Aerobics

Lastly, and definitely not least, is aerobics. This is just as important as your exercises. You need to find a time to do at least 30 minutes of cardio preferably 4 or more times a week. In today’s busy lives I can understand that it might be hard to find the time to do it, but if you have it written down in your fitness plan then you are more likely to stick with it.

Think for a minute, when was the last time you sat down to just relax or watch a 30 minutes or hour long television show? If your answer involved the words today or yesterday, instead of sitting and watching these shows, do your fitness plan and watch TV at the same time. That’s called multi-tasking and if you can stay focused while watching TV so you can make your day a little longer, than go for it!
